The Stock Take report is found under "Other Reports" within Business Intelligence when logged in as a site user.
The Stock Take report is a useful tool for pubs/hotels/restaurants of all sizes.
This report is used to offer an overview of your net/gross sales figures over a certain period of time.
To produce the report, simply choose the relevant trading year/trading week (you can choose an extended period by clicking the blue calendar and dragging your slider across the dates).
If you wish to view the figures in net, click the YES button on the blue tab next to the date range bar - alternatively, click NO if you wish to report in gross.
You can also include your sundry income items by clicking YES in the "Include Sundry Income" blue tab.
