This report is best used by sites that take deposits and is a really useful way to track them over a period of time.
When logged in as a site user, the Deposits Activity report can be found under "Data Downloads" within Business Intelligence.
The report offers data such as event numbers, event dates, receipt dates, balances and information of the person paying the deposit.
To produce the report, simply choose the relevant trading year/week (you can extend the timescale by clicking the blue calendar and dragging across a specific date range).
You can also further filter the data by the deposit status such as redeemed, forfeited and taken.
Then, after you have clicked Generate Report, you can choose to open in Excel, PDF or print out.
