Employees: No NI Details or Bank Account Information Report

This report will provide an insight to which employees are missing NI and bank details.

The No NI or Bank Details report can only be accessed by higher up users and is a useful tool to find out which employees in your business are missing key information.

The report is found under "Exceptions Report" within Business Intelligence.

The report will offer information such as what type of data an employee is missing, their site, employee name/number and the amount of days they have been without that information on the system.

The report is really is easy to produce; choose the relevant trading year/week (a specific period can be chosen by clicking the blue calendar and dragging the slider across).

You can further filter your search by clicking the "x" next to each site to remove them and you can include past employees by ticking the "Include Leavers" box.
