This report is accessed by higher up users and can be found under the "Exceptions Report" within Business Intelligence.
If a pay rate has been changed and you want further clarification of the amendment details, the Pay Rate Changes report will highlight this.
The report will show information such as employee names, new rates, which user changed the rate and the date of the amendment.
Firstly, to generate the report, simply choose the relevant site(s) - you can filter the sites down by clicking "Select None" and then typing in the relevant houses into the bar below.
Next, choose the trading year and trading week - a prolonged period can be chosen by clicking the blue calendar and dragging the date slider across.
You can also filter the search further by ticking/unticking the pay and rate frequency boxes.
Finally, simply click the Generate Report button and choose whether you would like to export to PDF, Excel or print out.
