The Forecast vs. Actual Wages report is a simple overview that will display whether staff members are working over or under their forecasted hours for a particular week.
The report can be accessed by both site and higher up level users and is found within "Employee Reports" under Business Intelligence.
It will display information such as an employee's actual hours worked compared to when they checked in/out, the forecasted hours and the adjusted forecasted hours.
The report will also show the total amount of unpaid breaks and the wage cost amount for the week.
To produce the report, simply choose the trading year and trading week from the drop down options.
You can further filter the report by ticking/unticking the box to Include SSP (Statutory Sick Pay) /SMP (Statutory Maternity Pay)/SPP (Statutory Paternity Pay) in Basic Wage, Include Bonus in Basic Wage and whether you want want to sort ascending by department/employee.
You can export the report to excel, PDF or you can print it if required.
