When you have added items onto a sundry income line, you will be able to generate a report that shows what has been added for a specific period.
The Detailed Sundry Income report can be accessed by higher up and site level users and is found under the "Other Reports" section within Business Intelligence.
The report includes information such as the sundry income category, the date it was added onto the system, a brief description (if applicable) and the gross amount.
To produce the report, simply choose the relevant trading year/week from the drop down boxes.
You can extend the period by clicking the blue calendar and dragging the slider across the date range.
You can export the report to excel, PDF or you can print it if required.
