If you add stock purchases onto Polaris Data, then this report will provide a concise overview of what has been added onto the system.
The Stock Purchases report can be accessed by higher up and site level users and is is found under the "Other Reports" within Business Intelligence.
The report includes information such as a description of the purchase, whether it was food/drink, the input date, the invoice number and the gross amount.
To produce the report, simply choose the relevant trading year/week from the drop down boxes.
You can extend the period by clicking the blue calendar and dragging the slider across the date range.
You can export the report to excel, PDF or you can print it if required.
