Multiple Employment Details Report

An overview of your active multi-employments.

If you are a multi-site business and use the multi-employment tool, then the Multiple Employment Details report will be useful to track the active multi-employments within the company.

The report can be accessed by higher up users and is found under "Employee Reports" within Business Intelligence.

Types of information included in the report is employee name, employee number, date of multi-employment, costs for base/target house and whether the share cost option is being used.

To produce the report, simply choose the relevant year/week from the drop down options (click the blue calendar and drag the slider across the date range if you wish to see a larger range).

You can further enhance your search by ticking/unticking the pay and rate frequency and choosing specific houses by clicking the "x" next to the site names.

You can export the report to excel, PDF or you can print it if required.
