Manually Retrieve End of Day Data from 3rd Party PMS.

If you use an integrated 3rd Party PMS, find out how you can retrieve the end of day data if it's not been recieved.

If you have an integration into Polaris Data from your PMS (i.e. HLS, Rezcontrol or Guestline), and the end of day data is not appearing on your daily input at the end of day;

In this instance, you can use the "FILE CHECK" button at the top of the screen to check, retrieve and process the data.

If the end of day data that's been exported by the PMS, the screen will re-load and the data will appear as per the example below;

If no end of day data is available and has not been exported by the PMS, you will receive an error message;

In this instance, you'll need to refer back to your PMS and ensure any End of Day process has been completed and any manual export process has also been run to ensure Polaris Data is able to retrieve the data.

You will not be able to confirm the day until the data has been received, and in this case, you'll receive the error message below;

You can run a check by using the FILE CHECK button as explained above.
