You have the ability to add rota tasks to specific sessions if employees have tasks to complete in that day.
For instance, if an employee needs to carry out a toilet check in the day, this will be highlighted on their rota so they are aware before the commencement of their shift.
You are able to add the rota session tasks using the Employee View, Daily View and Standard View rota screens.
To add the shifts via the Employee and Daily View screens, simply right click on the session.
Then, click the "Insert Task" button, this will then bring up a list of tasks that can be added.
Once you hover over the "Insert Task" option and choose the relevant task, it will then appear on the rota session.
To add a task via the Standard View rota screen, add the rota session as normal by clicking on the relevant day and adding in the hours.
Once the session has been added, click the black "Edit Session" button.
Then, navigate to the "Session Info" section and add in the task from the drop down menu.
Next, click save and the task will appear on the session.
Any Rota Tasks assigned will be tagged on the session Info within the team member dashboards within the employee app;
It is worth noting that if you require a session task to appear, please contact support and they will be able to set this up so that the option(s) shows.
