Below is a short guide on how to to setup your Polaris One Tablet once received.
Turn on the Tablet and Select the Language and Region (English (United Kingdom) and United Kingdom)
The Tablet will restart and once restarted you will be asked to accept the PRIVACY POLICY and Google Services Terms. Please tick I agree to all and next/accept on both screens.
You will now be prompted to Choose a Wi-Fi network (and may receive a message to say that the tablet is protected by Knox Cloud Services - please click OK). Connect to your local wifi network.
(N.B. You may also be prompted with a screen to Setup the device by syncing with another device. If this is the case, please ensure you choose SETUP MANUALLY)
4. The device will now automatically run some checks and you will then be prompted with the screen below that states This device belongs to your organisation. Please click NEXT at the bottom of the screen.
5. The device will do some auto-checks and processes. When prompted with the screen below, simply click continue.
6. When the following disclaimer pops up, simply click continue again and the device will download some software in the background.
7. When the following permissions screen appears, please ensure that the Knox Manage and Polaris Check-in Single App options are turned ON.
8. And finally, click the back arrow (<) in the bottom right hand corner of the tablet and you will be prompted with Polaris One registration screen. Please contact support@polaris-elements.co.uk or 0203 198 8000 and we can provide you with the unique device registration code you need.
