This report is only accessed by higher up users and is found under "CSV EXPORTS" within Business Intelligence.
The Clock In/Out Percentage report gives detailed information of when an employee clocks in and out. It details their total shifts within the period of time selected, the amount of clock ins and clock outs made by the employee and also the percentage of their clock in and outs.
To generate the Clock In/Out Percentage report you will need to first select the company you want to view.
Then Select the trading year you want to see and also filter the weeks or days you want to view using the date range.
Now select the relevant houses you want to see. If you want to see all of them then you can select the green "select all" button and to reset your selection of houses then you can press the red "select none" button.
Finally, click the generate report button and then the Clock In/Out Percentage export will appear as an excel document.
