Weekly Wage Cost by Employee CSV

This report will show you how to generate a Weekly Wage Cost by Employee export.

This report is only accessed by higher up users and is found under "CSV EXPORTS" within Business Intelligence.

The Weekly Wage Cost by Employee report outlines an employee's basic wage, holiday accrual, national insurance, extra wage cost (pension), other costs (bonus, smp, spp, ssp), total wage cost, hours worked and days worked.

To generate the Weekly Wage Cost by Employee report you will need to first select the company you want to view.

Now select the trading year you want to view and filter down to the specific days, weeks or months using the date range tab.

Now select whether you would like an overtime breakdown within your document by selecting either the yes or no option.

Now select the relevant houses you want to see. If you want to see all of them then you can select the green "select all" button and to reset your selection of houses then you can press the red "select none" button.

Finally, click the generate report button and then the Weekly Wage Cost by Employee export will appear as an excel document.
