Deleting Approved/Pending Holiday Requests for Upcoming and Current Weeks - Management/House Users

How to delete approved and pending holiday requests.

If, for whatever reason, any approved or pending holiday needs to be removed, this can be done by house level users.

To delete approved holidays that belong to upcoming or current weeks, firstly navigate to the employee's "Holiday" module within their staff maintenance.

Once in the holiday module, simply click the "Delete" option next to the date(s) you wish to remove and this will withdraw the date from the approval screen.

For pending dates, navigate to the employee's "Days Off Requests" module.

Once in there, similarly to the holiday module, this will bring up a list of pending holiday dates.

Simply, click the delete the button next to the date you wish to remove to get rid of the pending request.

You can also manage pending dates through the "Holiday/Days Off" module under "People Management".

This works in the same was as navigating to the employee's days off request module but will bring up a list of pending dates for all employees at the site.

You can the delete out any pending dates for future/current weeks.
