Deleting Unavailable to Work Requests for Upcoming/Current Weeks - For Management/House Level Users

How to Delete upcoming and current Unavailable to work requests.

If unavailable to work that is pending or approved needs to be removed, this can only be done by house level users.

To delete unavailable to work that staff have requested or that have been approved, select the employees absence and sickness module within their staff maintenance.

When in the absence and sickness module, click the delete option next the the edit button which will delete the unavailable to work.

When wanting to delete pending unavailable to work, select the days off request module.

When in this module select the request type which would be unavailable to work and then the requested unavailable to work will appear.

Then to delete the request, simply press the delete button which will remove the request.

You can also manage request for unavailable to work through the Holiday/Days off requests tab under people management.

This is the same as the days of request tab within staff maintenance, but the only difference is within the Holiday/Days off request you will see all employees within the site and their requests.

You will only be able to delete Unavailable to work that is for current or future weeks.
