Monitors are automatic alerts when new results for a topic show up in the Pro platform. You can configure monitors to get info about topics, keywords, company names, or people from news, legislation, cases, tweets, press releases, speeches, debates, and more. When editing a monitor the initial results will reset, and include a 14 day look-back period.

1.) Click on Projects in the main navigation

2.) Select the project where you'd like to edit a monitor

3.) Click the View Project button

4.) In the project you’ll see three tabs, Overview, Monitoring, and Actions, click Monitoring

5.) Under your existing monitor list, click the button labeled Manage Monitor, a modal will appear with all existing monitors

6.) Click Edit on the monitor you’d like to adjust, you can edit or change:

  • Legislature (all subscribed geographies or specific geographies)

  • Content types (alerts for all new information or specific information types)

  • Keywords or topics the monitor is scanning for (narrowing or widening the scope of the Monitor)

7.) Click Save to continue
