Pro Intelligence email notifications include a daily summary, project updates, case updates, legislator updates, and activity updates. By default all email notifications are enabled. You can turn off all notifications, or customize to receive select email notifications.
To configure your Daily Summary notifications:
1.) Click on Settings in the top navigation
2.) Once on the Settings page, select Pro Intelligence from the Notifications menu
3.) The Notifications menu displays three types of email notifications - Updates, Bills/Procedures, and Cases
4.) In the Updates section, toggling the Daily Summary button will disable the Daily Summary email. You'll no longer receive the Daily Summary with updates on legislation and cases your tracking, upcoming legislative events, or Monitor activity
5.) Toggling the Daily Summary button (it will be blue if it's enabled) will enable the Daily Summary email
To configure your Project Updates notifications:
1.) Click on Settings in the top navigation
2.) Once on the Settings page, select Pro Intelligence from the Notifications menu
3.) The Notifications menu displays three types of email notifications - Updates, Bills/Procedures, and Cases
4.) In the Updates section, toggling the Project Updates button will disable Project Update email notifications. You'll no longer receive the Project Updates with the latest information about legislation and cases you're tracking
5.) Toggling the Project Updates button (it will be blue if it's enabled) will enable the Project Updates email
To configure your Case Updates notifications:
1.) Click on Settings in the top navigation
2.) Once on the Settings page, select Pro Intelligence from the Notifications menu
3.) The Notifications menu displays three types of email notifications - Updates, Bills/Procedures, and Cases
4.) In the Updates section, toggling the Case Updates button will disable Case Update email notifications. You'll no longer receive individual Case Updates with the latest case documents available for cases currently tracking
5.) Toggling the Case Updates button (it will be blue if it's enabled) will enable the Case Updates email
To configure individual Bill/Procedure notifications:
1.) Click on Settings in the top navigation
2.) Once on the Settings page, select Pro Intelligence from the Notifications menu
3.) The Notifications menu displays three types of email notifications - Updates, Bills/Procedures, and Cases, click on Bills/Procedures to jump to individual notification configuration
4.) In the Bills/Procedures section, toggling the button will disable email notifications. You'll no longer receive individual Project Updates with the latest information about legislation and cases you're tracking
5.) Toggling the individual Bills/Procedures button (it will be blue if it's enabled) will enable the individual Project Updates emails
To configure individual Case notifications:
1.) Click on Settings in the top navigation
2.) Once on the Settings page, select Pro Intelligence from the Notifications menu
3.) The Notifications menu displays three types of email notifications - Updates, Bills/Procedures, and Cases, click on Cases to jump to individual notification configuration
4.) In the Cases section, toggling the button will disable email notifications. You'll no longer receive individual Case Updates with the latest information and documents for cases you're tracking
5.) Toggling the individual Case button (it will be blue if it's enabled) will enable the individual Case Updates emails
To configure individual Activity notifications:
1.) Click on Settings in the top navigation
2.) Once on the Settings page, select Pro Intelligence from the Notifications menu
3.) You’ll see five email notifications - Daily Summary, Projects Updates, Activity Updates, and Case Updates, and Legislator Updates, locate Activity Updates
4.) Toggling the button will disable email notifications, you'll no longer receive individual activity updates you’re tracking
5.) Toggling the Legislator Updates button (it will be blue if it's enabled) will deliver the activity email updates
To configure individual Legislator notifications:
1.) Click on Settings in the top navigation
2.) Once on the Settings page, select Pro Intelligence from the Notifications menu
3.) You’ll see five email notifications - Daily Summary, Projects Updates, Activity Updates, Case Updates and Legislator Updates, locate Legislator Updates
4.) Toggling the button will disable email notifications, you'll no longer receive individual legislator updates you’re tracking
5.) Toggling the Legislator Updates button (it will be blue if it's enabled) will deliver the legislator email updates
