Pro Intelligence includes information from European Court of Justice and European General Court cases, and European Commission Competition cases, including access to all related case documents, events, and press releases.

How to access Cases

1.) Go to Search in the menu, the complete cases archive can be accessed by clicking on search in the top navigation, and selecting "cases" from the list of information types

2.) To find a case you're looking for you can filter by year, court, type, or status, use search to find cases by name, keyword, or topic, to view a full case page, click on a case once you've found what you're interested in

3.) You can also track cases, learn how to track a case here

Case pages explained

Case pages connect many sources and information types to display data in one central place. Regardless of court selected, case pages will have a consistent look:

1.) Key information is on the left side. This includes details such as case status, type, parties involved, important dates, and more.

2.) In the center of a case page you'll find a timeline of all steps in a case proceeding with links to sources.

3.) Where applicable, the right side of case pages will display related POLITICO news.

4.) Related cases are an important detail — we connect case information together automatically. For example, if a case you're tracking originates with one court and is then appealed in another, you can follow developments in the same platform. Alternatively if a case is broken into several cases on appeal, you can access and view them all.
