The Archived quotes page shows all the quotes that have been deleted, rejected, expired, and successfully converted to a job.
Accessing the Archived Quotes section
To access the Archived Quotes page, navigate to Operations → Quotes → Archived quotes.
1. Filters - You can filter the archived quotes by the contact information. You can also filter the archived quotes through the date they were created.
2. Status - The status column shows the status of the archived quote. As mentioned in the overview, any quote that was rejected, already scheduled, expired, or deleted will be shown here.
3. Actions column - This is where you can perform actions for an archived quote.
Click on the cloud icon to download the quote PDF file. This will be shown for quotes that have been converted to a job.
Click on the right arrow icon to view the scheduled job.
Click on the blue circular arrow pointing counterclockwise to restore an expired quote. This action is specific to expired quotes only.
