Instant book allows passengers to secure a seat on your trip immediately without waiting for driver approval, speeding up the booking process and helping to fill seats more quickly.
How does Instant Book work?
When you enable Instant book for your trip, passengers can immediately pay and secure their seats using their chosen payment method. If you prefer more control over who joins your trip, you can choose the Request to book option, where you review each booking request before accepting or declining.
Tips for Drivers
Specific pick-up points: Indicate a clear pick-up location in your trip description that works for all passengers
Send confirmation: After receiving an Instant Book notification, send a confirmation message to the passenger to acknowledge their booking and start a conversation.
Cancellation policies for Instant Book
