How do I cancel a posted trip?

To cancel your trip, go to the Trips section in our app or website, select the trip you’d like to cancel, and in the top right of the screen, select Settings > Cancel trip.

Important notes about cancelling a trip:

  • You can only cancel before it departs. After the departure time, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • If your trip has no booked passengers, you can cancel it with no consequences.

  • If your trip has confirmed passengers, please remember that cancelling could leave them stranded, so our driver cancellation policy applies.
