Important: Cancellation policy
Poparide has a cancellation policy to ensure fairness for both passengers and drivers. Review the Passenger Cancellation Policy to understand the conditions before cancelling your booking.
1. Go to Your Trips
Open the Poparide app or website and navigate to Trips.
2. Select the Trip to Cancel
Find the trip you want to cancel and click on it to view the trip details.
3. Cancel the Booking
In the top right of the screen, select Settings > Cancel booking, and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
What happens after you cancel?
Refund eligibility: Depending on the timing of your cancellation, you may be eligible for a refund. Check our Passenger Cancellation Policy for details on how much you can get back based on how far in advance you cancel.
Notify the driver: When you cancel, the driver will be automatically notified, so you don’t need to message them directly.
