Passenger no-show policy
Updated over a week ago

You won't receive a refund if you're confirmed on a trip but fail to show up or arrive after the agreed departure time. Your payment will go to the driver since they could not fill your seat last minute.

Note: The Booking fee is also non-refundable in the event of a no-show.

How to prevent no-shows

No-shows can cause delays and inconvenience for both the driver and other passengers. To avoid being marked as a no-show, follow these simple steps:

  • Plan ahead: Make sure you allow plenty of time for your trip and aim to be at the pick-up point at least five minutes early.

  • Cancel in advance: If your plans change, cancel your booking in advance to be eligible for a refund according to our Passenger Cancellation Policy.

By following these steps, you’ll ensure a smoother experience for yourself and your fellow travellers.
