If you’re having trouble accessing your Poparide account, it’s often because you’re trying to log in using a different method than the one you used to sign up. Here’s how to troubleshoot.

1. Check your login method

Make sure you’re logging in using the same method you used to create your account. Poparide supports three login methods:

  • Facebook

  • Google

  • Apple

  • Email and password

For example, if you created your account using Facebook, you need to log in with Facebook every time. Switching between these methods can cause access issues.

2. Forgot your password?

If you signed up using an email and password but can’t remember the password, you can reset it here. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

3. Could your account be suspended?

If you still can’t log in, your account might be suspended due to a violation of our Community Agreement. Please check your email for any notifications from us regarding this, or learn more about account suspension here.

4. Still can’t log in?
