Leaving a review for your passengers
Updated this week

After completing your trip, you’ll receive a notification prompting you to leave a review for each passenger. You can also access the review process directly from the trip view in the app or website.

Note: The review window opens shortly after the trip ends and remains open for four days. After four days, you will not be able to leave a review.

Star rating

You’ll give a 1-5 star rating for each passenger. This rating is anonymous and not publicly linked to your profile.

We'll ask you to provide feedback if you rate a passenger less than five stars. This helps us understand your experience and improve the platform. Your feedback is confidential and won’t be shared with the passenger.

No-shows

If a passenger doesn’t show up, you can mark them as a no-show. Learn more about no-shows here.

Public review

You have the option to leave a public written review for each passenger. This review will be displayed on their profile, along with your name and a link to your profile.

Private notes

You can also send a private note to each passenger. This message won’t be visible on their profile and is useful for sharing personal feedback or mentioning something specific about your trip.

Review submission

Once submitted, your review will be made public after both you and the passenger have submitted reviews, or when the review period ends—whichever comes first.

Reviews are final once posted, so double-check your comments before submitting.
