A cancellation review is automatically added to your profile when you cancel a trip or booking. These reviews build accountability within the Poparide community by indicating when a member has cancelled a trip or booking.
For drivers:
If you’re a driver and cancel a trip with approved passengers or an individual-approved booking, a cancellation review will be posted on your profile.
For passengers:
If you’re a passenger and cancel your booking less than 24 hours before a trip’s scheduled departure time, an automatic late cancellation review will be added to your profile.
Cancellation reviews help keep the community informed and encourage reliability.
