Why can't I leave a review after a trip?

Once your trip ends, you have 4 days to leave a review for your driver or passenger. After 4 days, you can no longer leave a review for that trip.

Our review window is 4 days to encourage timely feedback from drivers and passengers and aligns with our dispute period, which is also 4 days.

We encourage you to leave a review on the day that your trip is complete.

Can’t leave a review right after your trip?

If the review window has yet to open after your trip, you may need to wait a little while. Keep an eye on your notifications or the trip view in the app to see when you can submit your review.
