Here are some steps to take if you don't receive a text message containing your verification code, or if you're having other issues entering the code, or getting stuck right after entering your phone number.
Double check that you are entering the right number, and that you chose the right country code.
Turn off WiFi, and try on mobile-only (sometimes WiFi can cause problems with receiving the text message). If you have a Wi-Fi-only number, please write into our support.
Make sure you have Push Notifications enabled for the Pop.in app, otherwise on both iOS and Android that can prevent the SMS from coming through.
Make sure your mobile phone service provider does not block SMS from short numbers, like 4***5
Make sure your mobile device does not block SMS from unknown contacts, this might block the SMS sent from the short number.
Close and re-open the app.
Make sure you haven't requested the SMS code too much within a short period of time. If you try too many times very quickly, our system thinks it is being spammed, and will block you from logging in. If so, you'll need to wait about 4+ hours, usually it will start working again the next day.
If these steps aren't working for you, please let us know -- sometimes, waiting 15 minutes will help resolve the issue.
