CRM Integration Setup for Subteams

Use this feature to create unique integration connections for any of your Subteams.

Overview

Required Subscription: Access to Integrations is only included for Popl Pro, Pro Plus, and Teams subscriptions.

When integrating Popl with your other Lead Export systems, you can connect the integration for all members or a specific subset.

If you choose to integrate another system for a specific subset of your members, you can create unique integration configurations for each created Subteam. This will allow for more customization so that different Subteam members can export their leads using their own specific CRM integrations.

Note: Subteam CRM integrations take precedence over full-team CRM integrations.


Set up a Subteam integration

Navigate to Integrations

Tip: For the best results, follow these steps on your Dashboard.

Select the system you want to integrate and choose Connect for Subteams

Apply the Subteam(s) you want connected, and then Connect Integration

Note: If a member is a part of two Subteams, both integrations will run, but Popl will never duplicate a lead in your CRM.

The system you want to connect will require you to sign in and authorize in order to proceed with the integration.

Important: A system admin in both Popl and your other system will need to be the one to sign in and authorize the integration.

You can then follow our Integrations documentation guides to complete the setup of your desired integration.

Once connected, all leads collected from the members of the subteam will be exported using this configuration setup.
