Getting Into Your Billing Portal
Use Your Purchase Email
Log in with the exact email address you used when you purchased Poppy.
Access the Portal
What You Can Do
Once logged in, you can:
View subscription details and renewal dates
Add or update payment methods
Update billing address and contact info
View and download invoice history
What You Can't Do
Refunds
You cannot process refunds through the billing portal. For that:
Contact us through the support chat in your Poppy account
Email support@getpoppy.ai
Request human assistance - we handle these manually

The most common issue is using the wrong email address. Use the email connected to your payment method or the one that received your purchase confirmation.
