How to Access Your Billing Information

Need to check your subscription, update payment info, or download invoices? Here's how to access your billing portal.

Getting Into Your Billing Portal

Use Your Purchase Email

Log in with the exact email address you used when you purchased Poppy.

Access the Portal

What You Can Do

Once logged in, you can:

  • View subscription details and renewal dates

  • Add or update payment methods

  • Update billing address and contact info

  • View and download invoice history

What You Can't Do

Refunds

You cannot process refunds through the billing portal. For that:

  • Contact us through the support chat in your Poppy account

  • Request human assistance - we handle these manually

Can't Access the Portal?

The most common issue is using the wrong email address. Use the email connected to your payment method or the one that received your purchase confirmation.
