Version History saves earlier versions of your board so you can go back if you delete something by mistake. Only the board owner can restore a version.
When a version is saved
Poppy saves a new version when you add or remove a block (for example a YouTube video, TikTok, chat, audio file, mind map, document or group) or add or remove a connection to a chat. Moving or editing a block does not create a new version.
Restore an earlier version
Open the board and click the History icon in the board header, next to Notes. The Version History panel opens.
Browse the list. Each version shows its number, what changed (for example "Added text" or "Removed video"), when and who made the change, and the number of elements on the board.
Click a version to preview the board as it was. A banner at the top shows the preview.
Click Restore Version in the banner, then Confirm Restore. Or click Exit Preview to leave without changing anything.
If you are not the owner you can preview versions but not restore them. Ask the board owner. A board with an active chatbot can't be restored to a version.
Important
Restoring overwrites the current board with the selected version. Anything you added after that version is lost. If you notice something missing, restore right away so you lose as little work as possible.
What can't be restored
Version History restores blocks and connections. It does not bring back chat conversations. If a chat is still on your board but its history is gone, contact support in the chat and ask for a human agent.
Can't find something on your board? Press 1 on your keyboard to fit everything into view before restoring a version.
