Click your profile picture in the top right of Poppy. This menu is where you manage your account, credits, team and settings.
What's in the menu
Your name and workspace: shows whether you are in Personal or a team. Click it to switch workspaces.
Create a team: set up a team workspace (see Team Accounts).
Credits: how many credits you have left this month. Click it for the full breakdown.
Settings: profile, security, team, billing and integrations (details below).
My API Keys: bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic key (AppSumo Tier 4 and above).
Keyboard shortcuts: every shortcut you can use on a board.
Tutorials: step-by-step tutorials inside Poppy.
Dark mode / Light mode (beta).
Developer: Poppy AI MCP setup and API (Power User plan or API access required).
Company: Hiring, Affiliate, Perks.

Settings
Click Settings to open your account dialog. The pages on the left:
Profile: update your name, profile picture and connected Google sign-in.
Security: set or change your password and review active devices.
Team Settings: manage your teams, members, seats and team credits.
Billing: your plan and credits left, plus Manage billing, which opens the billing portal to change your plan, update your card or download invoices.
Integrations: connect your other accounts.
Your login email can't be swapped for a new one from Settings. If you need to use another email (for example the one you paid with), ask support in the chat and we will link it to your account.
