Connect Notion once and the AI chats on your boards can search, read, create and update your Notion pages and databases.
Connect Notion
Click your profile picture and choose Settings.
Open Integrations.
Find Notion and click Connect.
Approve access on the Notion screen that opens.
Poppy can only reach what you approve in Notion. To remove access, return to Integrations and click Disconnect. If Notion shows Needs a quick reconnect, click Reconnect.
Use Notion in a board chat
Open any chat on your board and ask in plain language. Poppy shows what it did, for example Searched Notion or Created Notion page.

Poppy can search and read pages and databases, create and update pages, create databases, move pages and add comments. Name the page or database you mean and include dates or properties to narrow the search.
Bring a Notion page onto your board
If this is available on your account, paste a Notion page link onto your board. Poppy adds it as a read-only note that stays in sync with the page. It refreshes when you open the board, when you come back to the tab, and when you click Refresh. If Notion isn't connected, the link is added as a website instead.
Common questions
Can Poppy see all my Notion content?
Only what you approve when you connect. You can disconnect at any time in Settings under Integrations.
Do my teammates see changes?
Changes Poppy makes are normal Notion edits, so anyone with access to that page in Notion can see them.
