Add a Loom recording to your board and Poppy transcribes it so your chats can use it.
Add a Loom video
Copy your Loom link (a loom.com/share or loom.com/embed link).
Paste it straight onto your board. Or click Loom Video in the left toolbar (or press L), paste the link into Your Loom Video Link and click Add to Board.
Transcription
Once added, the card shows Transcribing... while Poppy gets the transcript. Connect the card to a chat and ask questions about the video or ask for a summary. Poppy uses the transcript. It does not analyse the visuals of a Loom video.
If the card says Failed to transcribe, delete the card and paste the link again. If it still fails, contact support in the chat.
Play a Loom video
Click the play button on the card. The video plays inside the card on your board.
Click the x on the card to close the player and go back to the thumbnail.
Select the card and click Open in its toolbar to open the video on Loom in a new tab.
