Poppy subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel yourself from the billing portal in about a minute.

Step-by-step cancellation
Click your profile picture in the top right of Poppy, then Settings
Open the Billing tab and click Manage billing (this opens billing.getpoppy.ai)
On your subscription card, click Modify subscription
Choose Cancel Plan (click Show more if you don't see it)
Pick the reason that fits best
You'll see one or two offers to stay (a discount, free credits, a call, or a cheaper monthly plan). Click Continue to cancellation to pass
Click I'm okay losing access, then tell us what we could have done better (required)
Type CANCEL and click Cancel my subscription
You'll see Your subscription is canceled and the card changes to Canceled.
What happens after you cancel
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. The confirmation screen shows the exact date. Nothing further is charged. If your last payment had failed, access ends immediately instead.

Your boards and content stay on your account. Subscribe again at getpoppy.ai with the same email and you pick up where you left off.
