Where to find your Vault
1. Look for the Vault icon on the right tool bar of your board.
2. or Press V on your keyboard, to open it.
That's it, that opens your Vault panel where all your saved content lives.
How to add content to a Vault
There are four ways to do this:
Paste a link
Copy any link and paste it directly into the Vault. It gets added automatically.
Upload a file or record audio
Inside the Vault, you can upload your own files or record a voice memo directly.
Save an existing group from your board
Click on the group you want to save.
Click "Save to Vault"
Choose an existing Vault, or create a new one.
Save a single item (like one video)
Click on the resource
Click "Save to Vault"
Add it to your main Vault or a specific one.
You can also just drag and drop content straight onto the Vault icon on your board, and it gets added that way too.
How to organize your Vaults
You can create multiple Vaults and name each one whatever makes sense to you
Click the icon next to a Vault's name to goto Vault settings where you can Change Icon, Upload an image, rename or delete your vault
Use the search bar inside the Vault to find resources fast. For example, searching "short form" pulls up every Vault, group, and item related to that term.
How to use content from your Vault on a board
Open your Vault (click the icon or press V)
Find the group, video, or text block you need
Drag and drop it onto your board.
Once it's on your board, it's still linked back to the Vault, so:
If you edit that content on the board, the Vault updates automatically
If you edit it inside the Vault, every board using that content updates automatically too
If you remove it from the Vault, it disappears from every board it was used on.
This includes text blocks - edit a text block on your board and the linked Vault item updates too and the other way around.
This means you only ever update something once, and every board stays in sync.
How to use Vault content inside an AI chat
Create an ai chat on your board (press C on your keyboard)
Attach the Vault (or a specific group/item from it) the same way you'd attach any other resource to your ai chat.
Ask your question or give your instructions as normal.
For example, if you have a Vault with your LinkedIn writing framework saved in it, attach that Vault to a chat along with any video or content you want turned into a post. The AI will use what's in your Vault to guide the response, since that framework is now part of what it can see.
Quick tips
Save something to a Vault the moment you know you'll want to reuse it. Don't wait until you're searching for it later.
Group related content together in one Vault (like all your video assets, or all your writing frameworks) so it's easier to find.
Use the search bar instead of scrolling if you have a lot of Vaults or items saved.
