I'm having trouble creating an account. What should I do?
Please check to make sure that you haven't already created an account. If you have a previously created an account, you will be unable to create another using the same login credentials.
After you've created an account, you will receive a verification email that you must open, clicking on the link inside before being able to log into your Popsicle account.
The trouble could be that you're attempting to create the account in the wrong location. Please double check the URL you are using and make sure that you see your organization's name, as well as "parents" in the URL, as in this example:
If you don't see your organization's name, or the word "parents" in the URL, I would recommend reaching out to the organization's admin to request the correct link.
I can't seem to log into my account. Help!
One possibility in this case is that your account was never created. Please attempt to use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen here:
You will be taken to another screen, with the option to enter your email address:
If you enter your email address but do not receive a password reset email, this would indicate that you haven't created an account yet. If this is the case, please create an account and attempt to login again.
Sometimes, the incorrect login credentials may be used, leading to issues logging into your account. Please double check that you are using the correct login email and password. If you are, please reach out to email@example.com and we'll be more than happy to help!
I can't reset my password!
A few things that can lead to the inability to reset your password are that you either don't have an account set up, or you're using the incorrect email address to login. Please try to check your credentials to make sure they are correct, and also ensure that you have an account set up.
The other issue that you may be running into is that you do have an account, and are using the correct credentials, but are not receiving the verification email and therefore still cannot login. First, please check your Spam/Junk folders to make sure that the email was not routed there by mistake, and if you're still not receiving it, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I'm having trouble adding children to activities, can you help?
If you are having trouble adding children to activities, you'll first need to make sure that you've successfully created profiles for your children in your Popsicle account. You can do this by clicking on the "Children" section at the left side of your Parent Portal. Once any/all of your children have been added to your account successfully, you should be able to sign them up for activities successfully.
Please make sure that you're attempting to add the children to the activities from the correct location. You will need to add children to the "Activities" section of the Parent Portal at the left side of your screen.
If the activity you are attempting to add your children to is full, you won't be able to add them unless the activity in question has the option for a waitlist, or if a spot on the roster opens up.
Lastly, please make sure that your children's ages/grade levels fall within the guidelines set for the activities. If your children are not of the designated age/grade level, you will be unable to register them for that particular activity.
I'm having trouble with adding activities to my cart.
If you have added activities to your cart, but you do not complete the registration/enrollment process, the cart will time out after 8 hours, and the activities will be removed from your cart.
If you do not have a valid payment source on file for your account, you will be unable to complete the registration until a payment form is added.
If you add activities to your cart, but do so prior to the payment being processed, the payment may fail, and your children will not be enrolled in the activity.
I press Login, but nothing happens, and the page doesn't load. What do I do?
For this issue, a good first step is to first try and refresh the page. If this doesn't help, please try to clear the cache on your computer or device. This often resolves the issue. If not, please take a screenshot of what you're seeing, and send it into email@example.com, along with the steps that you've taken up until the point where you get stuck.
