As you're setting up your activities, you'll want to try and add your Instructors when you create the class/camp/aftercare session, if possible. This is very easy to do, and will take less than a minute.
You will click on the Classes icon/Camps icon, or Aftercare icon along the left side of the screen, and then on "Add Class/Add Camp/Aftercare," in the upper righthand corner of the screen, here:
You will be taken to a screen where you can name your class, choose a location, and you'll see an "Instructors" field as well. When you click on the "Instructors" box, a drop down menu will appear, with the names of existing instructors, as well as the option to "Add new Instructor." Choose to "add a new instructor," if the one you need isn't available in the drop down menu.
When you choose to add a new instructor, a dialog box will open near the right side of the screen, allowing you to enter the instructor's name and email address. Once you have entered those, just click "Submit."
When you click submit, you will have the option to choose that instructor immediately:
The instructor will get an email notification where they will need to verify their account--if the instructor has not been determined yet, you can just use this option and put "TBD" in the name field, with any email address you wish. This will allow you to use the option in the meantime, until the instructor is determined.
