Sign up members and guests as volunteers for upcoming events.
1. Click the Meetings & Events icon on the navigation menu on the left.
2. Choose an event to that requires volunteers and click the title to make changes.
To signup a member for a volunteer for a position, mark the checkbox and then click the Sign up member tab. The Volunteer Position - Member Signup window will show. Start typing the member name. Once the name shows, select it from the list and click the Signup button.
To signup a guest for a volunteer position, click the sign up guest tab, The Volunteer Position - Guest Signup window will show. Type the guest name and email address in the textboxes then click Signup.
To delete a volunteer from a position, locate the volunteer position and volunteer, then click the trash icon. The Volunteer Resign window will show. Click Yes to delete the volunteer.
