1) Add Product Tags in Shopify
Log in to your Shopify Admin and click Products.
Select the product you want to hide.
In the Tags section, add one of the following (lowercase only):
wholesale-only → Hides from retail customers
retail-only→ Hides from wholesale customers
Tags are case sensitive and must be lowercase.
Click Save.
Repeat for any additional products.
2) Email PortalSphere Support
After tagging your products:
Email support@portalsphere.io
Use the subject line:
Hiding Products from Retail/Wholesale Customers
3) We’ll Complete the Setup
We’ll send a Shopify collaborator request.
Once approved, we’ll add a small snippet to your theme file.
This ensures the correct products are hidden based on customer type.
You’ll be notified once complete.
