Adding files to a waiver or client profile

If clients submit waivers with invalid ID uploads, follow this process to upload files to their client profile

📂 How to Add a File to a Client Profile

  1. Use the search bar at the top to find the client by name

  2. Click on the Customer Profile from the search results

> 💡 Alternatively, you can also:

  1. Go to the Calendar page

  2. Click on an appointment

  3. Scroll to the Client section and click “View” to open their profile


📎 Upload a File

Once you’re in the client’s profile:

  1. Click the three dots (•••) in the upper-right corner of the profile sidebar

  2. Select “Upload file for customer”

  3. Choose the file (PDF, image, or document) you’d like to attach


🔍 Where to Find Uploaded Files

After uploading:

  • Scroll to the bottom of the customer profile

  • You’ll see a section displaying all attached files and images

This is useful for keeping backup IDs, consent forms, or any other client-related documentation in one place.
