Quickly see all transactions associated with a clients appointment, and where the funds were sent to

Porter provides a clear, detailed view of all payments tied to an appointment — making it easy to see what a client has paid, what fees were applied, and where the money was sent.


📱 View Transactions in the Mobile App

  1. Open the Porter mobile app

  2. Tap on any appointment from your calendar

  3. Scroll down to Appointment Transactions

What You’ll See:

  • A summary of all payments tied to that appointment:

    • Deposit payments

    • Rescheduling fees

    • Final payments

    • Tips

  • A breakdown of where the money went (to the shop, artist, or both)

  • Tap any individual transaction to:


💻 View Transactions in the Web Dashboard

  1. Click on the appointment from your calendar

You’ll see two key sections:

Appointment Transactions

  • Shows all client payments tied to the appointment

  • Includes deposits, reschedule fees, tips, and final payments

  • Click into any transaction to see full details or issue a refund

Transfer Details

  • Displays how those payments were split between the shop and artist

  • Clearly shows where every dollar went, and whether funds were sent to one or both accounts
