This is a common issue and usually easily solved.
This will happen if you have not successfully connected data to PORT.
You can resolve this by connecting data to your account here: https://www.port.im/control/datasources/add
Or, if you have already done this it may be that there was an error when you previously tried to connect. Try to re-run the import and if the problems still persists do feel free to get in touch with our support team.
