Creating a New Event

​Web Instruction

  1. Log in to your Posh account on your browser.

  2. Click “Create New Event” on the right-hand side of the Overview page.

  3. Select your event type: Paid or Free.

  4. Enter event details: Name, date, time, venue, and location.

  5. Write a compelling description that highlights what makes your event unmissable.

  6. Upload a standout event flyer to grab attention.

  7. Set up ticketing: Define ticket types, set pricing, and adjust availability.

  8. Enhance your page by adding visuals, embedding a YouTube video, or showcasing your event’s lineup, from DJs to sponsors.

  9. Click “Create Event” to publish your event page.

App Instruction

  1. Open the Posh app and tap the + button at the bottom of your screen.

  2. Choose your event type: Paid or Free.

  3. Design your event by uploading an eye-catching flyer.

  4. Add essential details: Event name, date, time, venue, and location.

  5. Write a compelling description to showcase what makes your event unique.

  6. Customize your event page by embedding a YouTube video or highlighting key event features.

  7. Modify your Event Settings:

    • Privacy: Disable "Show on Explore" to keep your event private or add a password for restricted access.

    • For RSVP events: Set an RSVP limit and require approval for attendees.

    • Organization: Select the organization hosting the event.

  8. Save your event by tapping “Save.”

  9. Launch your event by tapping “Launch” to make it live. You can also save it as a draft to finish later.
