Need to refund everyone from an event? Here’s how to quickly request a full event refund.
Log in to your Posh account in your browser.
Select the Event you are looking to refund in full.
Select the Settings Gear (⚙️).
Select Request Full Event Refund.
Choose a reason and explain why you’re refunding and include pertinent details.
Submit your request.
Important Note 💡
Full event refunds can only be requested via the web and are not currently available in the app. Requests are processed weekly, and refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days after processing.
Transferred tickets are not included in the automatic refund process once the refund is completed. Refunds for transferred tickets are handled internally through Stripe directly. Organizers can submit these requests through our Support channel, and our team can process them on their behalf.
