Supercharge your event marketing with Posh's SMS Blasts. Boost ticket sales and keep your audience engaged with this powerful feature.
Here’s how to get started:
Log in: Log in to your Posh account in your browser.
Navigate to Marketing: Go to the Marketing section.
Choose Your Audience: Select your target audience.
Create Your SMS Message:
Write a concise and compelling message within the 140-character limit.
Personalize your message with the recipient’s name.
Include a Posh link to your event page.
Be mindful that Emojis and other special characters will reduce your character count.
Send Your SMS Blast: Send your SMS blast.
To send unlimited event-specific text blasts (up to 3 days post-event only):
Log in to your Posh account on your browser.
Select the event for which you want to send an SMS blast message.
Head over to the Attendees section.
Choose the attendees you want to text (this only works if you've already got attendees or ticket holders).
Send your message out!
IMPORTANT NOTES:
There is a limit to 10 text blasts per rolling 30-day period.
i.e. if on Day 1, two text blasts are sent, those two reset 30 days after the day they were sent.
Event-specific blasts are unlimited. Up to 3 days after the event.
Character Limit: 140 characters max. Emojis and special characters reduce this limit.

each emoji has a unique character count
Link Restrictions: Only Posh links are allowed in Marketing tab blasts. Event-specific blasts allow external links.
Content Restrictions: No profanity, drug/alcohol references, or hate speech.
Opt-Out: Attendees can opt-out of SMS messages.
Optimization: Limits and restrictions are designed to maximize engagement, minimize unsubscribes and ensure optimal delivery.
