Collect Attendee Info with Posh Custom Fields

Need to gather specific information from your attendees? With Posh's Custom Checkout Fields, you can easily collect the data you need.

Here’s how to set it up:

  1. Log in to your Posh account in your browser.

  2. Head to your Event Details page.

  3. Click the Settings Gear (⚙️).

  4. Select Custom Checkout Fields.

  5. Create custom fields to collect information such as:

    • T-shirt size

    • Dietary restrictions

    • Contact information

  6. You can even tailor these fields to specific ticket types or make each question required for all attendees.

Note that these custom fields will appear at the beginning of the checkout process, ensuring you get the information you need from the start.
