Q: I have points in my account. Can I get withdraw for them?
A: Yes, if you have at least 100 points (excluding the 50 point new user promo), you can request a cash withdrawal. Post Points will be withdrawn at a rate of 1 point = $0.01 USD.
Q: How do I request a point withdrawal?
A: Before the end of May, you can submit a withdrawal request through the Post App or website:
Go to SETTINGS.
Select ACCOUNT.
Look for the form to submit a withdrawal request.

Q: When will I receive my withdrawal?
A: Withdrawals will be processed in early June based on your point balance on May 31st.
Q: Can I save my posts and data before Post News shuts down?
A: Yes, you can export your data for safekeeping. This includes your posts, any images that were ever uploaded, and other profile information.
Q: How do I export my data?
A: You can visit the SETTINGS > ACCOUNT section on the Post App or website. There will be an option to request your data to be sent to the email associated with your account.

Information Regarding Post Point Withdrawals Prior to April 2024:
Users can withdraw Post Points from their Points Balance in exchange for USD at a conversion rate of 1 point = $0.01 USD. The monetary value of your Account Points Balance must be greater than $50 in order to be eligible for a withdrawal. Once the minimum payout threshold is met, Users can initiate a withdrawal by sending an email to support@post.news. Once approved, withdrawals are completed via automated clearing house transfer (“ACH”) to your external deposit account at a U.S. financial institution.
Note: Post does not process payments for the Services and withdrawals of Post Points. To facilitate payment for the Services and withdrawals, we use Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates, a third-party payment processor. These payment processing services are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe terms and conditions and other policies available at https://stripe.com/legal and Stripe’s Global Privacy Policy available at: https://stripe.com/privacy.
