How can I change my email notification settings?

1) Tap your profile image at the top left of your screen to expand the side navigation window.

2) In the expanded side navigation, tap on the settings gear at the bottom of the screen.

3) Select "Notifications".

4) Tap to toggle Email Notifications on (right/blue) or off (left/grey).
