To view prior support chats, first open a chat window. To do so, you can go to the “Help” page on post (marked with the ? icon) and click on “Ask Us”. Our chat support window should pop up on the lower right.

On this window, there should be a small white arrow on the top left corner. Use this arrow to navigate back to the main portal. On the bottom of this portal, you should see two tabs- “Home” and “Messages”. Under “Messages”, you can find your prior communications with our Post Team.
